What We Collect

A waitlist email if you choose to leave one. A hashed, rotating identifier (derived from your IP address and a local device token) used only to count your daily solves. Anonymous usage metadata (mode, result, helpful/not-helpful). Your clue text is not stored in our database.

How AI Processing Works

To solve a clue, the clue text you enter is sent to a third-party AI language-model service for processing. We do not send your IP address or any identifier with it, and we do not store the text afterwards. Processing terms are governed by that provider's policies.

Cookies & Analytics

One local storage counter (essential). Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load only after you accept analytics cookies; you can decline and still use every feature. Change your mind anytime from the banner.

Retention & Your Rights

Quota counters roll off after 90 days; anonymous logs after 180 days. GDPR/CCPA: request access or deletion of your waitlist email via our contact address; we respond within 30 days.

Children

Not directed at children under 13; we don't knowingly collect their data.
